What to Expect From a Discovery Call: And Why It's the Right First Step
Not sure what a wellness discovery call actually involves? Here's what to expect and why it's a low-pressure first step.

If you've never worked with a nurse-led wellness practice before, the idea of a "discovery call" can feel vague, or even a little intimidating. In reality, it's meant to be the opposite: a calm, low-pressure conversation with no obligation attached.
A discovery call is simply a chance to talk and be heard. It's an opportunity to share what's going on, whether that's a chronic condition, mental health concerns, or general wellness goals, without needing to have it all figured out beforehand. There's no assumption that you already know what kind of support you need.
From there, the next steps unfold naturally: organizing your labs, records, medications, and appointments into one place, and building a plan around your specific priorities and pace, not a one-size-fits-all program.
If you've been putting off reaching out because you're not sure what to expect, know this: the first step is just a conversation. Everything after that is built around you.
