LM Vitality works in health and wellness, so privacy matters here. This page explains what your account stores, what it never stores, and how your information is used.
When you create an LM Vitality account we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, age range, state, how you heard about us, and your primary area of interest. We also record privacy safe website activity such as pages viewed and links clicked so we can improve navigation and support.
We do not collect diagnoses, medical records, medication lists, lab results, therapy notes, provider clinical notes, or treatment records through this website or your account. Those records stay inside the appropriate health platforms and provider systems.
We use your information to operate your portal, send account and service communications you have agreed to receive, guide you toward appropriate programs and services, and understand how people use the website.
Some services are delivered by outside platforms. When you choose to continue to a partner, we record that you were referred out and you then interact with that partner under their own terms and privacy practices.
You can update your profile at any time from your portal, unsubscribe from marketing communications, or contact us to request deletion of your account information.
