LM Vitality provides wellness coaching, functional health education, healthcare navigation, and concierge support under licensed nurse oversight. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace your physician or any member of your medical team.
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for the accuracy of the information in your profile. Accounts are for individual use.
Certain services are delivered by outside platforms and licensed providers. Those services are governed by the terms of the platform or provider delivering them. LM Vitality helps you navigate and coordinate; it does not control their clinical decisions, pricing, or availability.
